Collaboration is fundamental as you closely collaborate with artists, designers, and programmers, each contributing with their unique opinions, ideas, and constraints. Despite the diverse perspectives, there is a shared dedication among the team to authentically portray the universe of Coltrane with a distinctive style.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Comprehensive understanding of acting techniques, cinematography, and visual storytelling
  • Advanced skills in animating realistic character motion
  • Extensive knowledge of production pipelines
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine and animation tools, and bring innovative solutions to complex problems
In addition, we expect you to:
  • Do prototyping, key framing, or blocking an animation
  • Continuously refine animations based on playtesting feedback and design adjustments
  • Collaborate effectively with technical animators on rigging and skinning matters
  • Work with Directors and Production Management team on animation style and quality expectations
  • Create, track, and update the progress of day-to-day tasks using JIRA
