St Andrews Pilgrim Foundation SCIO

As a trustee of the St Andrews Pilgrim Foundation SCIO you will have the opportunity to contribute to the heritage and conservation of Scotland's ancient ecclesiastical capital.

You must have an appreciation of heritage work (detailed knowledge is not essential) and a thorough knowledge of treasury duties: you will be responsible for recording the transactions of our bank and building society accounts, maintaining financial records, countersigning cheques, preparing financial updates for quarterly meetings, submitting annual accounts to OSCR, and providing accurate financial records to our external auditor.

To facilitate the smooth running of our foundation, the successful applicant must live within the St Andrews area and must be prepared to commit to a two-year term of office.

Please note that this post is undertaken on a voluntary basis without salary.
