As part of this role, you'll enjoy the challenge of working on both rural and urban projects whilst handling a varied case load of planning applications and appeals. You'll manage your own caseload, dealing with a variety of applications, as well as pre-application enquiries to develop your experience and make a positive impact on Bassetlaw. You'll ensure the environment of the district is protected by engaging with developers and other key stakeholders. You must therefore have strong analytical and judgment skills in order to interpret plans, information and data, as well as being a great problem solver.
