Responsibilities

As Business Process Expert, you will be at the forefront of delivering operational excellence across all Backoffice operations including the successful implementation of a strong operational excellence framework.

Leading and influencing process improvement, reviewing current processes and operating procedures, you will identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements, working closely with managers to implement new policies and procedures.

Collaborating cross functionally to foster relationships between operational teams and customer service teams, you will ensure seamless communication and alignment to optimise operational excellence.

Being responsible for developing data quality rules, implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring the quality of data across all processes, you will collaborate with stakeholders to achieve operational excellence through documentation of data requirements, strategy and rules.

What you'll bring

Your degree in a Mathematical or Science related subject will be your foundation.

Analysing and mining data, you will manage relationships, engaging with stakeholders using your excellent numerate and analytical skills.

With proficiency in Python, SQL and Power BI which are essential for data manipulation, analysis and creating interactive dashboards, you will possess expertise at forging alliances across teams, displaying your ability to connect and bridge any visible gap.
