**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Director to join our team at Record UK Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving improvement in manufacturing and supply chain processes, leading a high-performing team, and contributing to the company's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of production and logistics professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles and tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing and logistics operational management roles.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering improvement projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
- Strong understanding of production management, logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
