We are looking for someone very proactive who wants to make things better with a focus on continual improvement.You will have indepth experience in Server Administration, Microsoft, Citrix, Azure Active Directory, Teams, AV equipment, Anti-Virus / Bitlocker encryption and ideally ITIL Foundation.
This is a very fast paced company and a busy, professional service desk environment where you will be expected to have exceptional customer services skills and work with the highest level of stakeholders.
