With over 22 years of experience in the industry, it is a small knit team who all pull in the same direction, everyone working towards the same goals and putting their arm around each other That goal being customer satisfaction and knowing their customers are left with a smile. This employer has been nominated for numerous awards and most notably when they won the Propertymark Employer Champion of the Year. The company have a record of supporting successful apprentices with QA, both past and present. You will be trained on all of their internal systems and manage all systems to an expert level. With some learners that have gone on to management roles - could this be you?
Key Responsibilities:
- Be first point of contact for customers who call to query properties, make appointments and respond to enquiries. You will become an expert in using IME - our inhouse CRM system.
- Become a systems expert on SME Professional (property management software) where you will conduct signups for a tenancy and entering customer information
- Visit properties to take footage via Giraffe360, software which allows viewers to take a virtual tour of homes. You will then learn how to upload this footage to our social channels
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders for online referencing
- Manage and update our social media channels and website with new listings
What We Are Looking For:
- Good customer service

Benefits:
- You will have the opportunity to continue your learning after your apprenticeship - this will be an industry specific qualification. You will have the chance to do an Arla property mark professional qualification funded by the employer. This lasts between 18 months to 2 years. You can do the level 3 followed by level 6 in the following year.

Additional Information:
- Working Hours - Monday to Thurs 9am to 5.30pm & Friday 9am to 5pm, 39.5 hours per week.
- Salary GBP18,000 per annum, with the opportunity to increase to GBP20,000 - GBP30,000 on successful completion of apprenticeship and professional development.
Future Prospects:
- 90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average.

Throughout your learning journey, you are fully supported by your dedicated QA skills coach and your mentor at work. They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.
Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6 or Level 8.
