About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Property Manager to join our team at Workman LLP. As a key member of our commercial property management team, you will be responsible for the daily operation of a diverse property portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial, and retail properties.

Your primary duties will include overseeing the day-to-day running and management of a varied portfolio of commercial property, providing landlords and tenants with specialist advice on lease obligations, repairs, and maintenance works, and ensuring compliance with legislation, including Health and Safety and other regulations.

You will also be responsible for arranging and undertaking property inspections, preparing and administering service charge expenditure, and dealing with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet, and alter.

In addition, you will provide support and assistance to clients in connection with value enhancement opportunities, including rent reviews, lettings, and lease renewal programs, and report to and work with clients on tenure and physical improvements to properties.

We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills, as well as a positive attitude and a willingness to take responsibility and act on their own initiative.
