Permanent, office based position

About the Role
 We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work alongside the existing team (including the resident dogs).

  • Resolving customer queries and ensuring customers are satisfied.
  • Escalating problems to the technical team or other members of the office.
  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining customer information on our online system.
  • Providing information about new and existing products and services to customers.
  • Processing payments, when necessary.
  • Performing administrative tasks as assigned by a manager.
  • Managing our Social Media accounts.
About You.
  • You will have a background in customer service or sales administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to manage own work load and prioritise.
  • This company does not offer relocation support therefore you will live local to the office in Freystrop, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire.
  • Own transport is essential due to limited public transport links
