Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker

Location: Stroud, Gloucester

Pay Rate: per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent- Full time Night and Day shifts/ Contracts available with full time and part time contracts.

Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for providing excellent care to adults with complex needs? Balfor Health and Social Care is currently seeking Support Workers in the Stroud area who have experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour, complex health conditions, autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and mental health issues.

As a Support Worker, you will be working in residential homes and supported living accommodation, providing care and support to service users. This role offers flexibility and variety, allowing you to make a positive impact in the lives of those you support.

Requirements:

Essential:

Minimum 6 months of recent experience as a Support Worker in a Mental Health, LD or Challenging behaviour service.

Must be a driver with a valid UK driver's license.

Mandatory training and MAPA trained (training can be provided)

Competent in all aspects of care.

Flexible and reliable.

Excellent communication skills.

Passionate about patient care.
