At Leaders in Care, we are working with good/outstanding rated authorities nationwide for experienced children's social workers to join several different teams including CwD, Looked After Children, Child Protection, Assessment & Safeguarding, and Duty teams. These roles offer really competitive rates of up to £45 per hour depending on experience.
Also, for those who enjoy living away and exploring new places, you can also get up to £250/week accommodation bonus (depending on the team and council).
We take a different, more tailored approach to agency work, meaning we're always on hand to provide quality support to you from day 1, right the way through your contract, with weekly check ins to ensure your needs are met at all times.
When deciding to take a role with us you can expect many benefits, including hybrid working patterns, and flexible working arrangements are always considered, meaning in some cases condensed hours, as we feel maintaining a healthy work life balance is important, and your needs will always be taken on board.
You can also expect to join stable teams with longstanding senior management structures, who are always on hand for a second opinion and to ensure you feel supported during work. We also offer a stable 6-month contract from the get go, with the further option to extend should you wish.
