We're looking for a Ward Manager to join our Neuro Rehabilitation team at The Wellington Hospital, currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC.

As the Ward Manager for our 12 bedded Spinal Unit Rehabilitation Unit you will have continued responsibility for leadership and the safe management of the clinical area by maintaining a visible and professional presence in a clinical setting. You will provide clinical leadership within defined areas by acting as a positive role model, who practices evidence-based care, to ensure high standards of clinical care.

The Wellington Hospital's Rehabilitation Centre, part of HCA Healthcare UK, is the largest private centre in the UK. Designed specifically for rehabilitation patients, we provide intensive and bespoke programmes of care for patients particularly those with complex neurological injuries and conditions such as a stroke, head injury or spinal cord injury. We have a Neurological Rehabilitation Unit, Prolonged Disorders of Consciousness Unit (PDOC), Medical Rehabilitation Programme, Functional Restoration Programme (FRP) and Polytrauma and Amputee Rehabilitation Programme.

In our 50-bed Acute Neurological Rehabilitation Unit we care for patients with a wide range of complex neurological conditions. And we're supported by the UK's largest private intensive care unit. We also offer the latest cancer and robotic surgery treatments, including electrochemotherapy, HIPEC and the da Vinci Robot. Having the largest neurosciences unit in London means we're able to carry out advanced spinal surgery, intracranial and peripheral nerve surgery as well as pioneering neurosurgery.
