As the public face of Tudor Merchant's House in Tenby (SA70 7BX) you'll provide a warm, friendly welcome to our visitors on admission, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.
Salary: 11.64 per hour
Contract/duration: Fixed Term 30th September 2024
Hours/working pattern: Working days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday usually between 10am - 4.30pm.

What it's like to work here
Reporting to the House Manager, you'll be part of the house team of 2 staff and 14 volunteers working at Tudor Merchant's House near to Tenby Harbour.

What you'll be doing
Day to day, you'll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. You'll be on hand answering queries and listen to what our visitors need so you can share the right information. Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can. You'll have the chance to be involved in different aspects of the visitor experience, from house preparation, admission and property events. On occasion you may be asked to support with group tours on days when the house is not open for general visitors. We usually dress in Tudor costume for school visits.
Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service
