Join Our Team as a Part Time Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Assistant Manager to join our team at Maurices Incorporated. As a Part Time Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the supervision of a store team to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
  • Provide fashion advice and help customers grow their wardrobe
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Assist in the training and development of store associates
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and inclusive store environment

Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience and supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to foster a team environment and create a positive working environment
  • Experience in training and directing others
  • Ability to take initiative in making decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
