This role will support the team in collecting an analysing the people data using the information to create insights, solve problems and enable decision making across the employee lifecycle. The core duties of this role include: Driving ad-hoc data projects across the company helping advance the value of the people data, streamlining processes and supporting project deliveryProvide analytical and process support to the wider HR teams on flexible working and other programmes.Support the annual Consultant bonus process alongside the Career Development team.Be part of the development of GenAI tools and implement them across the business service team.Collaborate in projects such as the annual people survey helping to drive initiatives forward and implement new ways of working.Support junior members of the team as required. The ideal candidate will have: 3-5 years' experience in a similar data analytics/MI roleAdvanced competency in Excel and PowerPointExperience with Tableau, Alteryx and PowerBICritical thinking and problem solvingOutstanding communication, interpersonal skills and experience supporting a team within a large/complex organisation.
