Senior HR Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Data Analyst to join our team at QatarEnergy. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the People Analytics initiative and driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data management and analytics strategies to support HR business objectives
  • Design and deliver data visualizations and reports to inform HR decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR data into business intelligence solutions
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform HR process improvements and optimize HR operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR data analytics
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in HR data analytics, with a strong background in data management and analysis
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data visualization tools and programming languages such as R or Python
  • Experience with HR systems and processes, including SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
