Job description

As a HR Business Partner Support team member, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact on a range of people related issues, initiatives, policies and procedures, often sensitive and complex in nature.
  • Provide administration support to the team including maintaining case management files, producing sickness absence reports and taking minutes at formal case management meetings.
  • Engage with our Occupational Health provider, Staff Counsellors, Trade Union colleagues and our employee networks to discuss support for staff members.
  • Support managers with the occupational health referrals process and actively monitor appointments and reports.
  • Provide support to the HR Business Partners in relation to resourcing matters including liaising with the recruitment team to ensure smooth transition for new starters and staff transfers
  • Monitor probation processes and support managers in dealing with queries and issues during this period.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service focus, building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.
