Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the People and Culture function to provide support and guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Provide expert advice to employees and managers on company policies, procedures, and legal compliance.
  • Offer Employee Relations support, focusing on disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, maternity/paternity, and flexible working.
  • Contribute to the review and development of HR policies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Assist with training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in Employee Relations, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
  • Previous recruitment experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and management.
  • Proficiency in working with manual and HRIS systems.
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
