About the Role

Hoop Recruitment is seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the People and Culture function, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to employees and managers on company policies, procedures, and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the People and Culture team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
* Provide guidance and support on employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and flexible working
* Assist with policy review and development, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
* Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Requirements

* CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience
* Proven employee relations experience
* Previous recruitment experience
* Strong IT skills and experience working with HRIS
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
