Role Overview: As a Senior Practitioner at Sirona Medical, you will play a pivotal role in providing advanced clinical expertise and leadership within your specialty. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert clinical care and leadership in your area of specialization.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Mentor and support junior practitioners and other healthcare staff.
Participate in clinical audits, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
A relevant professional qualification in healthcare (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy).
Current registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., NMC, HCPC).
Significant post-qualification experience in a clinical setting.
Demonstrated expertise in your area of specialization.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
