Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed set goals and objectives to contribute to overall sales success.
  • Generate valuable leads by making phone calls to potential customers.
  • Follow the script to maintain consistency in the sales program.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system.
  • Confirm all booked appointments 48 hours prior to the meeting.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Remuneration Package:

  • Starting salary of 25,000, with added commission for successful installations.

  • In addition, commission is paid on successful system installations from the appointments booked.
  • Expected realistic OTE of 60,000.
