The Project Manager will be responsible for several building projects at one time

The duties include:
Confirming scope of works with Insurers and the PH prior to works commencing on site. Creating program of works so projects are completed before deadlines and relevant staff allocated to the claim accordingly. Purchasing or hiring building equipment and materials to be delivered to site or the Main Office. Monitoring costs to ensure goals are reached on completion of claim. Providing progress reports to clients via phone or email on a weekly basis. Be a team player and work closely with the Contracts Managers and admin support team. Be able to use their own initiative to monitor and maintain progress within the claim
