Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage capital projects and building compliance across the College, ensuring facilities are delivered on time, within budget, and meet statutory standards.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance, including CDM2015 regulations, through effective collaboration with the College's Health and Safety team.
