Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Launching Phase

  • Analyse project proposals and contribute to contract finalisation
  • Plan the Preparation Phase and conduct research and obtain approvals

Preparation Phase

  • Project specifications requirement and prepare tender documents for subcontractors and suppliers
  • Design and methodology optimisation, site preparation, and resource management
  • Equipment selection and risk assessment, with a focus on HSE management

Execution

  • Supervising construction activities, enforcing standards, and teamwork
  • Resource management, problem-solving, and constraint management
  • Equipment maintenance and utilisation, procurement, and subcontractor performance
