A Key Role for a Seasoned Operations Professional
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Living Space Responsive Maintenance team in the West Lancashire area. This role will involve managing contracts and leading a team to deliver exceptional results in the social housing sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing maintenance teams and projects, with experience of working in a similar field. They will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are set up with company governance maximised, production control in place, and productivity regularly monitored.
The Operations Manager will also be responsible for developing relationships with key clients, attending client progress meetings, and providing feedback, progress, and KPI data as requested. They will work closely with the supply chain partners to ensure all Operating Framework compliance details are in place before commencement of any projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regional delivery, building and maintaining an effective and motivated team
- Lead the division with an operational and commercial mindset, ensuring the team is aware of contract obligations and how they can influence profitability
- Ensure all projects are set up with company governance maximised, production control in place, and productivity regularly monitored
- Develop relationships with key clients, attending client progress meetings and providing feedback, progress, and KPI data as requested
- Work with supply chain partners to ensure all Operating Framework compliance details are in place before commencement of any projects
- Monitor and approve financial forecasts, ensuring the best cost planning information is provided
- Drive compliance and operating excellence throughout the division at all levels
