Job SummaryThe Operations Director will provide strategic and operational leadership throughout the organisation, working closely with senior management and the board of directors to drive business growth and excellence.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services, managing diverse staff teams, and driving business improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business growth plans, collaborating with senior management and the board of directors to drive strategic objectives.
- Lead and manage a diverse staff team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and improve operational performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes, driving continuous improvement and excellence across the organisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to identify business opportunities and drive growth initiatives.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to senior management and the board of directors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic plans.
- Proven experience as an Operations Director or equivalent, with a track record of delivering high-quality services and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach, train, and develop diverse staff teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial awareness, with the ability to drive business improvement initiatives and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
