* Ensuring all projects are set up with company governance and productivity is regularly monitored
* Developing relationships with key clients and attending progress meetings
* Procuring work through industry contacts and strategic thinking
* Monitoring and approving financial forecasts
* Driving compliance and operating excellence throughout the division
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in operational leadership and successfully managing maintenance teams and projects. You will also have the ability to lead and influence at all levels, develop relationships, and have a proactive approach to risk management and value-add.
We are particularly keen to speak to experienced Ops Managers with a repairs/planned background and experience of working with social housing/councils.
