Agency Producer at Expedia Group

Expedia Group is seeking a skilled and organized Agency Producer to join our dynamic Media Studio team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing advertising projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are on time, on budget, and of the highest quality. As an Agency Producer, you will play a critical role in coordinating between creative teams, clients, and external vendors to bring innovative travel campaigns to life.
What you'll do:

Project Management: Oversee the production process for advertising campaigns, from initial brief to final delivery. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between the creative team, clients, and external vendors. Facilitate clear communication and ensure all parties are aligned on project goals and expectations.
Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop detailed production schedules and budgets. Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and financial constraints.
Vendor Management: Source and manage external vendors, including photographers, videographers, production houses, and freelancers. Negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Quality Control: Ensure all creative outputs meet Expedia Group's brand standards and client expectations. Conduct thorough reviews and provide constructive feedback to creative teams.
Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential production challenges and proactively develop solutions. Troubleshoot issues as they arise to keep projects on track.
Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including briefs, contracts, schedules, budgets, and post-project evaluations.

Who you are:3-5 years of experience in agency production, project management, or a related field within the advertising industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Understanding of production processes for various media, including digital, print, video, and social media.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and consistency.
Passionate about travel and eager to contribute to compelling travel campaigns.
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Collaborative team player with the ability to lead and inspire others.
