**Role Purpose**

The Creative Producer plays a crucial role in bringing creative concepts to life, ensuring that plans are executed to the highest standards in production and delivery. This involves working closely with producers to align brand goals and strategy, managing on-set shoots to maintain creative integrity, and overseeing post-production to deliver high-quality content.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with producers to develop and implement creative ideas that meet brand objectives.
  • Manage on-set shoots to ensure high-quality filming and direction.
  • Oversee post-production to deliver on-brand content that meets quality standards.
  • Develop a deep understanding of audience growth on social platforms, particularly YouTube.
  • Stay up-to-date with YouTube influencers, channels, and content.
  • Optimize content on relevant platforms, including YouTube thumbnails, titles, and YouTube Studio.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, managing workloads and taking direction as part of the creative team.
  • Work with producers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Analyze video performance, providing post-campaign creative reports to the Client Services Team.
