During an initial period of training / induction (3 months) you will be based in the Watford offices every day after which the role operates on a hybrid system with remote working for part of the week. Our hybrid policy also lets you work from a location anywhere in the world for up to 20 days a year.

About the role

Our Revenue Management Consolidated Centre is responsible for revenue management for 350 hotels across the UK & Ireland and Europe, offering them world-class revenue management talent and tools.

You'll be responsible for maximising revenue, market share and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures. With a diverse portfolio, you'll get to work across different markets, hotels and countries. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the commercial strategy of your portfolio – helping to deliver Hilton's mission to be the preeminent global hospitality company. Requirements
Your profile
Proven experience within commercial revenue management. Experienced in leading commercial meetings on issues such as booking pace, performance analysis and SMART action planning. Excellent competencies in Leadership, Planning and Organising and Influencing. Excellent communication skills – fluent in verbal and written English. Advanced Excel and strong numeracy and analytical skills. Able to articulate and introduce change effectively. Demonstrable soft skills, including active listening to build trust, instil confidence and empower others. Resilient, motivated, self-organised and works well under time constraints while balancing tasks and priorities. Able to travel occasionally.
