Learning & Development Officer - FTC Stanmore Up to £32,000 pro rata Our client, a Charitable Organisation are seeking a Learning and Development Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the annual training calendar to ensure that rooms and trainers are booked and enough courses are scheduled to meet the demand.

Ensure additional training courses are scheduled in line with peak recruitment activity.

Monitor the training course bookings to ensure that we maximise attendance and send reminders to managers of available spaces.

Take responsibility to manage the L&D inbox and respond to queries in a professional and efficient way.

Contact all new starters to confirm attendance of the Induction programme and update all systems i.e., GML, ITrent, Payroll with the induction schedule and completion.

To manage all administration duties relating to new employee Inductions including maintaining regular contact with candidates, updating the Induction tracker, keep trainers updated and attend weekly meetings with Recruitment.

Contact all new starters to confirm attendance of the Induction programme and update all systems i.e., GML, ITrent, Payroll with the induction schedule and completion.

To manage all administration duties relating to new employee Inductions including maintaining regular contact with candidates, updating the Induction tracker, keep trainers updated and attend weekly meetings with Recruitment.

Contact all new starters to confirm attendance of the Induction programme and update all systems i.e., GML, ITrent, Payroll with the induction schedule and completion.

The successful candidate MUST have proven experience of co-ordinating key L&D processes from start to finish
