Description
The key responsibilities of the Finance Operations Analyst include:
- Delivering strategic insights and implement process improvements
- Driving financial and operational efficiency
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators
- Collaborate with various teams to understand business operations and their impact on finances
- Provide financial modelling and analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimisations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Profile
A successful Finance Operations Analyst should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in financial analysis and management
- Experience with Power BI & SQL - Hugely prioritised
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting
- Proficiency in financial software and databases
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- The ability to work collaboratively and drive change
