**HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Completion of Daily Production Execution and Variance Report review.
- Review daily variance analysis and proactively work with Operations team to develop corrective actions to address and escalate where appropriate. Contribute to Steam Source of Loss Review with required reporting, trend analysis and action completion.
- Responsible for allocation of stock count variances and creation/maintenance of appropriate allocation models.
- Partner with ESC Plant Finance Analyst to ensure timely and accurate completion of periodic plant performance reporting.
- Responsible for Acceptance and OEE calculations, to include commentary. Work with Shift based teams to ensure data capture is sufficient, provide training to operators when required.
- Work collaboratively with CI team to develop reporting improvements and adapt as required for stream specific innovation and renovation impact.
- Partner with Scheduling team and Inbound Logistics team to ensure set ups are correct, manage exceptions such as trials and non-standard orders.
- Contribute to ideation sessions for OEE improvement projects, provide data and analysis as required throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support preparation and continuous improvement of stream-based info centre in plant.
- Ensure understanding of all stream reporting requirements is maintained, in order to provide cover/rotation when required.
- Ad hoc analysis as required.

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing plant environment
- Strong understanding of how operational data feeds into overall plant performance
- Strong technical & analytical skills, especially in use of excel, SAP
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
- Diverse work experiences also a benefit to role, as work will influence many parts of organisation.
- Fluent English - verbal & written
