The Career progression will involve the enrolment onto the AAT course fully funded.

**THE ROLE**:

- Matching purchase orders and entering invoices on to NAV according to defined procedures
- Create reports on spend and distribute to other departments
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- Credit card statement reconciliations
- File invoices and accounting data according to defined procedures
- Maintaining petty cash and reconciling accounts
- Creating and sustaining links between all departments
- Undertake problem-solving in areas relevant to primary duties
- Monitor the accounts mailbox and deal with any queries

- Adhoc duties as they arise to support the wider finance team

- You’ll have a positive approach and your ‘can do’ thinking will mean you’re always keen to excel
- You’ll be able to take ownership of a task and see it through to completion with the highest attention to detail
- We’re an extremely fast paced business so you’ll need to be self-motivated, organised and a brilliant multi-tasker
- You’ll understand the common goal and with your fantastic communication skills you’ll able to connect with various departments to ensure that our operations run as effectively and efficiently as possible
- You will have good attention to detail and accuracy
- You’ll have good IT skills, and willingness to learn excel skills (if not already advanced)
- You’ll be committed to working towards an AAT qualification
- You’ll be flexible and be able to adapt to any situation

**Hours**:37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday - we offer flexible working hours which can be discussed in the interview
