Admin/accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Update and maintain financial records and databases
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Provide support to the finance team as needed
- Setting up stock data on Sage
- Using Citation/Atlas site
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry or similar role
- Must be proficient in using Sage professional accounts and Sage payroll
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
