This is an exciting role where you'll be contributing to the delivery of a high quality Financial Inclusion service across our locations, with a specific focus on Energy offers for our customers.

You will deliver this service, using a hybrid working approach, championing our values and meeting the aims of our corporate plan and Thriving Communties strategy.

Within this role you'll be innovative, passionate, develop excellent relationships with partners to deliver financial inclusion projects across SNG communities, ensuring we meet the aims of our corporate plan and Thriving Communities strategy. Improving the wellbeing and quality of life for our customers

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing new and improving existing financial inclusion initiatives with a specific focus on energy
  • Working with our customer support teams to make sure our financial inclusion offers can make the best and biggest impact for our customers.
  • Supporting the operational activities of our Financial Inclusion programmes across SNG communities
  • Working with the Financial and Digital Inclusion Manager to continue to develop a full financial inclusion offer that can enable long term positive change for our customers.
  • Reporting and analysing the impact of our programmes to help evaluate, assess value for money and inform future planning.
    What we're looking for
  • Knowledge of financial inclusion, or awareness of the challenges faces individuals who are financially excluded is advantageous
  • Proactive and proven Stakeholder management skills across all levels of colleague and with external partners
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to process and manage high volume data with accuracy.
  • A proactive, creative, innovative and solution focussed approach.
  • Showing a customer centric approach to your work - Customer is at the heart of everything we do
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
    We're open to learning about the different experiences you can bring to SNG and would like to hear more about how your transferrable skills can support you in this role.
