The responsibilities of the Sommelier are:
Welcoming members and their guests to the restaurant. Leading your section with precision and charm. Developing service standards. Creating an exceptional experience for members and their guests.
The Experience & Qualifications required as Sommelier are:
Significant experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel or private member's club advantageous. The working hours for this role are on a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday - Saturday. The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
