The successful applicant will lead studies in the Decluttering (safely) for Safety theme as part of the NIHR funded, prestigious Yorkshire and Humber Patient Safety Research Collaboration (YHPSRC). This theme is led by Professors Rebecca Lawton, David Alldred and Robbie Foy. The YHPSRC is a 5-year collaboration between the University of Leeds and Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and one of six NIHR-funded centres for patient safety research across the country. All researchers are expected to actively engage with PSRC operations, and our vibrant research culture and will benefit from the opportunity for career development as part of our research capacity development programme. Post-holders will also be eligible to become NIHR Academy members and have access to additional training and development opportunities.

Within your role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with and be a part of a large, multi-disciplinary team. Other responsibilities will include public engagement activities, data management and analysis, and providing regular progress reports.
