Do you have a passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer service? Join a leading UK-based touring expert specialising in escorted holiday adventures With our rapid growth, we're seeking a dedicated Reservations Agent to help customers plan their dream trips.

Duties of the Role:
- Ensure enquiries are answered in a timely fashion and in a helpful and precise manner.
- Complete all administration to process the booking efficiently and accurately.
- Build customer confidence in level of service provided by managing expectations.
- Deal effectively with issues and complaints and determine the next best step.
- Liaise with Aviation and Operations to ensure the booking is finalised as appropriate.
- Responsible for inbound calls and emails as required.
- Continuously monitor service delivery to share best practice with the team.
- Nurture e-mail relationships with other relevant partners e.g Ground Agents.
- Contribute positively towards achievement of organisational targets.
- Develop own skills and knowledge to improve customer service performance.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong geographical knowledge
- Worked in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Positive, adaptable, and empathetic
