Customer Service Specialist for Travel Reservations

Salary Range: £23,500 - £24,500 DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm + Rotational Saturdays

As we expand rapidly, we are looking for a dedicated Reservations Consultant to assist clients in planning their ideal vacations.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
Process bookings efficiently with meticulous attention to detail.
Build customer trust by managing expectations and delivering excellent service.
Effectively resolve issues and complaints, determining appropriate next steps.
Coordinate with Aviation and Operations teams to finalize bookings.
Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism.
Continuously share and implement best practices for service excellence.
Maintain email communication with partners, including Ground Services.
Contribute positively to achieving company goals.
Enhance your skills and knowledge to elevate customer service performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Demonstrated experience in customer service.
Exceptional communication abilities.
Strong knowledge of geography.
Experience in a dynamic work environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Positive, adaptable, and empathetic demeanor.
