Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new candidates from linked-in, social media and other platforms utilising the latest technology and high-profile job boards.
- Managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Negotiating offers and contract terms for successful candidates.
- Hitting weekly targets and KPI's by carrying out the sales process.
- Search and identity new job leads.
- Identify new candidate and client opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a recruitment role, preferably within the office sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build relationships.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- A proactive and results-driven approach with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- A positive and bubbly personality attitude, resilience, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
