Kingswood School in Bath is looking to appoint a proactive and passionate professional to lead the Kingswood Foundation's Alumni & Community Engagement Team, in this new and important role.

Reporting into the Director of External Relations, the role holder will further strengthen and cultivate connections between the School and our Alumni, and parent and pupil community. The role will provide the opportunity for long term strategic planning of alumni and community engagement, and it is vital that the postholder is embedded in the Kingswood community and creates strong connections with current parents, alumni, former staff and other supporters.

Whilst candidates would ideally have previous experience in a similar role for an educational organisation or charity, full training on current best practice can be provided to the successful candidate. Experience in relationship management, networking and developing mutually beneficial partnerships will also provide an excellent foundation for the role.

It is anticipated that this will be a part-time role across the full year, in the region of 0.6 FTE, (3-days a week), although other work patterns will be considered. Flexibility with hours will be key, as it is expected that some weekend and evening work will be required as an integral part of the role.
