The Leeds Corporate team client regularly acts for a large number of the region's listed companies, a substantial private equity client base and exposure to cross jurisdictional transactions. You will also support the work of other offices both overseas or UK based.
Role and key responsibilities:
I am looking for a talented Senior Associate to join the team in Leeds (minimum 4 years PQE). The role will suit driven, ambitious and confident candidates with demonstrable skills within the Corporate space who also want to develop and thrive within an exciting and international focused team.The role will be primarily transnational work focusing on M&A (public and private and both domestic and international) equity capital markets, private equity and reorganisations. Candidates should have a general M&A skill set - experience of cross-border transactions would be helpful but is not essential.You will be required to contribute proactively and enthusiastically to business development activity with the internal and external market and you will also be expected to develop close working relationships with appropriate office contacts throughout the business both nationally and internationally.Skills and experience
