Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist corporate borrowers in navigating complex financial transactions
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality advice and support
  • Develop and maintain expertise in financial transactions, including drafting legal documents

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in finance or a related field
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment
