Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth in the EV charging sector.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to shape the strategic direction.
- Partnerships and Alliances:
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including automotive manufacturers, utility companies, government entities, and technology providers.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with company goals.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Lead sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets for the EV charging division.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the EV charging, renewable energy, or automotive sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Experience in managing complex projects and partnerships.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of EV charging technologies, market trends, and regulatory landscape.
