Piper Maddox is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager within EV Charging. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, market knowledge, and relationship-building skills to navigate the evolving landscape of EV infrastructure.
Strategic Planning and Execution :
Develop and implement business development strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth in the EV charging sector.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including automotive manufacturers, utility companies, government entities, and technology providers.
Project Management :
engineering, operations, marketing) to ensure the successful delivery of EV charging projects.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.
Advocate for regulatory and policy changes that support the growth of EV infrastructure.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing business development team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the EV charging, renewable energy, or automotive sectors.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Experience in managing complex projects and partnerships.
Knowledge of EV charging technologies, market trends, and regulatory landscape.

Ability to travel as required.
