Executive Assistant to Artist – Music

South West London



Executive Assistant required for a music artist & business owner, based in London. Due to the nature of the role you will need to possess a driver’s license and have access to your own transport.


Reporting directly to the Artist, key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with all personal duties including; house errands, office/ studio errands, General artist errands.
  • Planning logistics including international diary management.
  • Putting together weekly schedules and sending them to all the relevant parties.
  • Personal bookings; Doctors, Dentist, Restaurants bookings, Gym etc.
  • Booking personal holidays and itineraries
  • Assisting with Guestlists as and when needed
  • Assist with Styling team as and when needed
  • Keeping track of all letters/Fan Mail/ gifting
  • Keeping track of charity requests


The ideal candidate will have:


  • Previous experience as an Artist PA
  • The flexibility to travel at short notice
  • Knowledge of recording studios
  • A flexible attitude, willing to pitch in with other family / household duties – eg pets and food orders


You must be available to commence full time from August and work in person in SW London
