The Music Market is a dynamic dance music management company seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Junior Day-To-Day Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful roster of artists and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the diaries, travel, invoicing, meeting scheduling, and calls for the roster artists.

• Contribute creatively to song writing sessions for the roster artists.

• Attend shows in support of business relationships and develop a network to pitch songs generated by the roster's artists.

• Negotiate contracts with lawyers and relevant contacts.

• Handle marketing artwork, collate and explain marketing plans and summaries for upcoming releases.

• Handle all payments for the artists, including advances, remix fees, touring fees, and chase up payments when necessary.

• Oversee creative and visual materials such as video, design, photography for release projects.

• Support management with the roster, and in particular marketing activities.

• Devise short- and long-term marketing plans around releases and general brand activity working in collaboration with related teams.

• Conduct analysis of campaigns using data and propose improvements to strategy.

• Approve press releases, advertising assets, biographies, one sheets, draft mailers, and update websites.

• Manage social media agencies involved with the artists' marketing.

• Contribute to all aspects of content planning.

• Assist with the creative and visual marketing elements of campaigns.

• Oversee tour-related marketing activity.

• Assist with the creation of merchandise for touring and online sales.

Requirements:

• Genuine interest in music and ambition to succeed in the music industry.

• Creative mindset and able to think strategically.

• Competent user of Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, etc. desirable.

• Excellent communication and writing skills, able to write appropriate copy.

• Able to use data and tools to inform marketing strategy.

• Highly organized.

• Possess degree in music/marketing/business desirable.
