Job Opportunity

The Music Market is seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to support our team in the music industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries and schedules for music industry professionals.
  • Screen and respond to incoming calls and emails.
  • Prepare presentations and briefing notes for meetings.
  • Arrange business travel and itineraries.
  • Organize personal arrangements and manage contacts.
  • Process invoices and expenses.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Execute ad hoc duties and other reasonable tasks.

Requirements:

  • Substantial PA experience in the music or media industry.
  • Knowledge of the music industry and its key players.
  • Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Tactful and discreet with a proven understanding of confidentiality.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work independently.
  • Will to travel and a valid driving license.
