In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of Reason Digital's mission, leading client partnerships, delivering seamless digital services, and unlocking exciting growth opportunities. As a key player in our Client Services team, you'll nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring they receive world-class service and cutting-edge solutions. By deeply understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance, you'll help drive transformative projects that create lasting social impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the trusted go-to person for our incredible clients, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and heard.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partnerships, helping clients navigate the digital world with confidence.
- Proactively engage with clients, offering expert insights and recommendations that align with their strategic goals.
Client Services Strategy:
- Shape and evolve Reason Digital's client services strategy, ensuring our clients always receive the best possible experience.
- Develop tailored strategic plans to maximise impact and drive success for each client.
- Dive deep into our clients' challenges, goals, and aspirations, crafting innovative digital solutions to solve real-world problems.
- Regularly check in with clients to gauge satisfaction, tackle challenges, and explore new opportunities for growth.
Opportunity Development & Growth:
- Spot new service opportunities within existing accounts, helping clients unlock their full digital potential.
- Work closely with our talented internal teams to develop impactful proposals and bespoke service solutions.
- Scope, quote, and pitch exciting new ideas that deliver measurable results.
Collaboration Across Teams:
- Partner with delivery, design, and strategy teams to ensure flawless execution of projects.
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, making sure communication flows smoothly and expectations are crystal clear.
- Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to create transformative digital solutions that truly make a difference.
Reporting & Insights:
- Track key client service performance metrics, using insights to continually improve and refine our approach.
- Gather and act on client feedback, ensuring we always deliver top-tier service and results.
- Proactively manage risks and expectations, ensuring clients' goals are consistently met.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in client services, account management, or a similar role within a digital agency or tech-driven organisation.
- A natural relationship builder with the ability to create trusted, long-lasting partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience identifying revenue opportunities and shaping tailored service offerings.
- Deep understanding of digital agency workflows, from discovery and UX to design, build, and ongoing support.
- A strategic thinker who can empathise with client challenges and propose innovative solutions that align with their goals.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with a passion for open and honest conversations.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working within the charity, social impact, or CSR sectors.
- Familiarity with key digital technologies like CMSs, CRMs, chatbots, and donation platforms.

What's In It for You?
- Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)
- Location: Remote-first with the option to work in our Manchester office. Occasional travel required for in-person meetings.
- Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a nine-day fortnight (that's 26 extra days off per year).
- Holidays: 26 days of paid leave plus bank holidays, with the option to buy five more.
